Offer & Agreement Drafting
Once you’ve chosen a property, we proceed with:
Submitting your formal offer
Negotiating terms (price, currency, inclusions)
Drafting the Sales Agreement or Rental Contract, this agreement outlines all key details
Due Diligence & Documentation
Before any payment is made, both parties undergo a verification phase:
Identity verification & Legal documentation review
Property title and ownership checks

Signing the Agreement
Once both parties agree on the terms, the final version of the agreement is signed by both sides.
This can be done in person or digitally (with secure e-signature).

Payment Process

Property Handover
On the agreed date, the property is officially handed over.
Final walk-through and inspection + Delivery of keys
Support for setup, utility connection, or concierge requests

Rent Process
📍 Step 1 Property Selection & Inquiry
Clients start by exploring our carefully curated collection of luxury homes. Once a property is selected, we share complete, verified details including:
Real photos and videos
Amenities, terms, and availability
Location highlights and nearby services
📄 Step 2 Custom Rental Agreement
Before anything is finalized, we prepare a personalized rental agreement that reflects:
Your rental period
Payment terms
Services included (utilities, furniture)
Currency choice: USD, EGP, or EUR.
This agreement protects both you and the property owner, ensuring no surprises later.
✅ Step 3 Legal & Identity Verification
To secure the rights of both parties, we carry out a quick but thorough verification process:
We confirm tenant ID/passport
We validate the property ownership and legality of the rental
We review all contract terms with both parties
✍️ Step 4: Contract Signing
Once both sides review and agree, the rental agreement is signed:
In-person or securely online
Both the tenant and the owner receive signed copies
